Thanksgiving is around the corner, today, I am sharing my so basic way to prepare for Turkey Day! Because yes, it is about the food, but also about the little extra idea to improve your health after all the eating.
Research shows that living a life with gratitude creates serotonin, the chemical in your brain that produces happiness, and happiness prolongs your life!
